We have been sourcing successfully now for over 5 years, and therefore we know what is important to companies when they are looking to source products from China and the Far East. Lawrie Elwell is our lead consultant, and his background for 12 years before moving into product sourcing, was in IT and accounts systems. The key skill was always in identifying what the customer meant, and reducing risk from change. The same is true here, the specification is key and we work hard to check everything , and make a clients life easier.

From when the company was set up in 2003, the aim has been to help companies and people find the right items at the right price . Clients vary from the largest of organisations, to smaller family businesses, all either having trouble finding the right quality, or concerned over inspection, shipping, customs or are just too busy to handle things themselves.

We make trips to China, India or Eastern Europe, as and when, maintaining relationships and checking over new factories or products. Relationships mean as much today as ever. The phrase “you cannot do good business with bad people” sums things up very well for how we work. We look after the supplier as much as the customer, if a factory has to bump one job, we need to ensure it isn't one of ours. Relationships and respect are key.
